Als die Super-Plattform für den nicht-professionellen Fußball in Europa bringen wir Erfahrungen auf Profi-Niveau (Nachrichten, Daten, Gamification) zu der Mega-Community von +190 Millionen Fußballern und Fußballfans.

Wir sind ein Startup, das 2021 in Köln gegründet wurde - unser Team besteht aus über 35 smarten und "hungrigen" Mitgliedern, die in unseren Büros in Köln und Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) oder remote in ganz Europa (Tech & Product Team) an Prematch arbeiten. 

Wir erhalten Unterstützung von Partnern wie adidas, Krombacher, Flaschenpost und Scalable Capital. Zudem haben wir noch 1-2 spannende Kooperationen in der Pipeline, auf die Du gespannt sein kannst! Darüber hinaus stehen uns erfolgreiche InvestorInnen wie Ralf Reichert, der CEO von ESL, oder die Unternehmerin Verena Pausder zur Seite.

  • Der Amateurfußball verdient es, mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen - DU bist dafür zuständig
  • Du wirst komplett eigenständig auf deinem eigenen Projekt arbeiten und bist nicht der/die typische Praktikant:in
  • Du übernimmst die strategische Ausarbeitung unserer Growth Strategie
  • Projektleitung: Koordination, Priorisierung & Verantwortung

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du gestaltest Prematchs Zukunft aktiv mit
  • Erarbeitung verschiedener Growth-Strategien mit Fokus auf Potentialen & Risiken: Marktanalysen, Zielgruppen-Übersicht, Go-to-market Strategie
  • Very little silly work: Es geht zum großen Teil um die strategische Ausarbeitung unserer Growth Strategie - nicht darum, Listen zu führen & Slides zu perfektionieren.
  • Du führst Gespräche mit Usern und Experten
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Founder-Team zusammen
  • Koordination des gesamten Projekts: Klare Ownership, selbstständige Projektführung
Was du brauchst
  • Du hast dein Studium kürzlich beendet oder befindest dich aktuell noch in deinem Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Wir suchen Macher:innen, die gerne selbst etwas in die Hand nehmen und Projekte eigenständig vorantreiben
  • Du hast ein Verständnis & Begeisterung für (Amateur-)Fußball
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten gesammelt
  • Du bist kommunikativ, offen und hast einen Sinn für Humor
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.

We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 35+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

Your mission
  • You will actively shape Prematch's future
  • Development of different growth strategies with focus on potentials & risks: Market analyses, target group overview, go-to-market strategy
  • Very little silly work: It's mostly about the strategic elaboration of our growth strategy - not about keeping lists & perfecting slides.
  • You lead conversations with users and experts
  • You work closely with the Founder team
  • Coordination of the entire project: clear ownership, independent project management
What do you need
  • You have recently completed your studies or are currently still studying business administration or a comparable course of study.
  • We are looking for doers who like to take things into their own hands and drive projects forward independently.
  • You have an understanding of & enthusiasm for (amateur) soccer
  • You have gained first experiences through internships or working student activities
  • You are communicative, open and have a sense of humor
  • Good language skills in German and very good English skills
