As the super-platform for non-professional soccer in Europe, we bring pro-level experiences (news, data, gamification) to the mega-community of +190 million footballers and soccer fans.

We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany - our team consists of 35+ smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

We are supported by partners like adidas, Krombacher, Flaschenpost and Scalable Capital, but there are still some bangers in the pipeline that you can be excited about! Furthermore, we are supported by successful investors like Ralf Reichert, the CEO of ESL or the entrepreneur Verena Pausder.

Your mission

Team player who’s always willing to support other departments.

You will gain a deeper understanding of the in-app journey

What do you need

You've recently completed your studies, are taking a gap year, or are well into your academic journey
Passion for dealing with people
Clear communicator
Ability to work with teams and ask for help when needed
Love to complete tasks and problem solver mindset
Attention for detail
Strong English language skills

Advantage but not a must

Self starter
You have played or still play non league/amateur football
Happy to pick up or bring new skills - Video editing, content production

Deine Aufgaben

- Teamplayer, der/die stets bereit ist, andere Abteilungen zu unterstützen
- Interesse an Nutzern und Plattform-Communities
- Bereitschaft, von Nutzern auf sozialen Plattformen und in der Kundenbetreuung zu lernen.
- Du gewinnst ein tieferes Verständnis für die In-App-Journey

Was du brauchst

- Du hast dein Studium gerade abgeschlossen, machst ein Gapyear oder bist schon weit in Deinem Studium
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für den Umgang mit Menschen
- Klarer Kommunikator
- Fähigkeit, mit Teams zu arbeiten und bei Bedarf um Hilfe zu bitten
- Freude an der Erledigung von Aufgaben und problemlösendes Denken
- Liebe zum Detail
- Ausgeprägte Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

- Selbststarter
- Du hast Fußball gespielt oder spielst noch in der Amateurliga
- Du bist bereit, neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen - Videobearbeitung, Produktion von Inhalten
