Als die Super-Plattform für den nicht-professionellen Fußball in Europa bringen wir Erfahrungen auf Profi-Niveau (Nachrichten, Daten, Gamification) zu der Mega-Community von +190 Millionen Fußballern und Fußballfans.

Wir sind ein Startup, das 2021 in Köln gegründet wurde - unser Team besteht aus über 30 smarten und "hungrigen" Mitgliedern, die in unseren Büros in Köln und Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) oder remote in ganz Europa (Tech & Product Team) an Prematch arbeiten.

Wir erhalten Unterstützung von Partnern wie Krombacher, Flaschenpost, Scalable Capital und DAZN. Zudem haben wir noch 1-2 spannende Kooperationen in der Pipeline, auf die du gespannt sein kannst! Candidate Experience & Culture: Gemeinsam optimieren wir die Candidate-Experience und bringen frischen Wind in unsere Unternehmenskultur.
Eventplanung: Du planst und organisierst unsere Teamevents sowie Offsite-Events und unterstützt weitere Initiativen rund um Culture & Employer Branding.
Office & Tagesgeschäft: Du hältst den Laden am Laufen und übernimmst administrative Office-Aufgaben.
HR-Abenteuer: Zusammen mit mir, Lisa, erlebst du das Recruiting- und HR-Abenteuer und packst überall dort an, wo deine Stärken gefragt sind.

Was du brauchst

Wo du gerade stehst: Du hast dein Studium kürzlich beendet– besonders passend, wenn es in Richtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ähnlichem geht!
Motivation & Zuverlässigkeit: Beides steht bei dir an erster Stelle – und genau das brauchen wir!
Organisation & Kommunikation: Organisationstalent, selbstständiges Arbeiten und ein kommunikatives Naturell gehören für dich zum Alltag.
Verantwortungsbereitschaft: Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und schnell über dich hinauswachsen? Perfekt – wir auch!
Sprachen sind kein Problem: Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Recruiting-Erfahrung: Erste Schritte im Recruiting oder Active Sourcing - z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudentenjobs – sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
