We are Prematch, founded in 2021 in Cologne - a dynamic startup with a smart and ambitious team. Our marketing and business teams are based in Cologne, Berlin, and London, while our tech and product teams work remotely across Europe.

Your mission

You pitch in wherever you’re needed - and always think one step ahead:

  • Club outreach: You actively reach out to amateur clubs - by phone, email, Instagram or whatever channel works best. You find the right people to speak to (board members, department heads, managing directors) and take the first step
  • Tracking & CRM: You document every contact accurately and comprehensively - our CRM is your tool, and you keep it in good working order
  • Operational support: You handle tasks relating to our partner clubs - from coordination to sending materials to clubs
  • Improving processes: You don’t just carry out your tasks, but actively ask yourself: How can this be done faster? Whether it’s automation, a new tool or a clever shortcut - we’d love for you to contribute your own ideas that make us faster as a team
In short: You’re the driving force behind execution in the team - reliable with the basics, but always thinking about how we can improve.

What do you need

  • Fluent German - you’ll be speaking to people from clubs on a daily basis and need to be able to engage with them (English is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and an open-minded approach - you enjoy approaching people, even if you don’t know them, and quickly build a genuine rapport with them
  • Not afraid of making the first move - whether by phone, email or Instagram DM: you’ll choose whichever method works best
  • Attention to detail and reliability - you carry out even repetitive tasks thoroughly and without cutting corners
  • An eye for improvement - you spot where things are slow or cumbersome and come up with your own ideas on how we can make them smarter
  • Proactive - you don’t wait for instructions, but take the initiative

Advantage but not a must

Personal experience in team sports or within a sports club (as a player, coach or in an organisational role)
