We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany. Our team consists of smart and "hungry" members working on Prematch in our offices in Cologne and Berlin (Marketing & Business Team) or remotely across Europe (Tech & Product Team).

Your mission
- Researching and defining of all key brands and potential partners
- Staying up-to-date by observing brands' advertising strategies, identifying opportunities, and screening important newsletters
- Identifying contacts for the brands in the Book of Business and uncover potential connections in the Prematch network
- Reaching out to brand representatives and organizing meetings together with your team lead, Ferdi
- Brainstorming new partnerships and creating presentations
- Documenting of all steps in HubSpot to ensure transparency for the team and founders (CRM Maintenance)
- Conducing of potential analyses for new partnerships in collaboration with the Data Team
- Briefing of the design team to create mockups for potential partnerships
- Creating proposals in spreadsheets
What do you need
- You are reliable! You work in a very structured and dependable manner
- You enjoy creating convincing presentations
- Your strong research skills enable you to identify a wide range of brands and the appropriate contacts
- You excel at clear communication within the team and with external partners
- You have an eye for detail, because every touch point with the brands matters
- Positivity and ambition define you! We have big goals and know that not everything will work out immediately, but we keep going!
- Ideally, you are studying business administration, marketing, or a related field – or have just completed your studies
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English complete your profile
Advantage but not a must
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Initial experience with tools like HubSpot, Pitch, Spreadsheet, and Notion
- Experience in sales and negotiations
