For this we need you
Our Data Squad currently works entirely remotely and delivers solid research results – but for time-sensitive, confidential or campaign-related tasks, we need someone who is available on-site and acts as a quality gatekeeper. Without this role, ad-hoc requests end up with people who cannot prioritise them, sales pushes go out without sufficient quality assurance, and other tasks fall by the wayside. With this role, we have a reliable point of contact who monitors remote output, coordinates closely internally and systematically improves quality.
Your mission
- End-to-end QA of targeted sales campaigns: checking data completeness, accuracy and relevance prior to go-live
- Ongoing spot-check QA by the remote squad (~5 hours per week): identifying errors, providing feedback, and refining standards
- Ad-hoc research requests with short turnaround times and close coordination with internal stakeholders
- Confidential research tasks that cannot be delegated to the remote squad
- Testing new features and functions of our internal platform in collaboration with the tech team
- Structured feedback from a power user’s perspective on the UI and operational workflows
What do you need
- Languages are no problem for you: you speak fluent German and have a good command of English
- Extremely high attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- A structured, independent approach to work
- The ability to set your own priorities and deliver quickly in response to ad hoc requests
- Discretion when handling sensitive data and information
- Strong communication skills for close coordination with various internal teams
Advantage but not a must
- Some experience in data research, data quality or an operational role
- An interest in football / sport or the B2B SaaS sector
