Our marketing and communications initiatives with leading sports brands are currently being carried out using existing resources. As a result, we are increasingly reaching our capacity limits when it comes to planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality campaigns, and are not always able to fully realise the potential with and for our partners. With this role, we aim to bring additional marketing and communications expertise into the team in order to strategically expand our partnerships and ensure the high-quality delivery of our campaigns in the long term.
Your mission
- Expansion and further development of communication and marketing activities with leading sports brands in the teamwear sector
- Additional marketing and communications capacity to implement campaigns and initiatives to a high standard and at a rapid pace
- Development of new communication formats, as well as the operational implementation and scaling of successful initiatives
- Analysis of the performance of implemented initiatives and identification of opportunities for optimisation
- Strengthening of the strategic partnership with leading sports brands through professional and effective activations throughout the customer journey
What do you need
- Experience: You have at least 3 years’ experience in marketing communications
- Languages: You are fluent in German and English
- Social media and content marketing skills
- Experience in community management
- Newsletter marketing
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising
- Partner management
- Tools: Notion, Slack, Claude

- Previous experience in the field of (sports) brands or (sports) retail
