• Location: You're excited to work from our office in Cologne (Belgian Quarter) and can be on-site at least 3 days per week.
• Your Background: You're currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable field.
• Languages: You speak fluent German and have very good English skills.
• Startup Mindset: You'd rather take ownership and actively shape things than simply work through a to-do list – even if that means tackling challenges without a ready-made roadmap.

Your Internship at PREMATCH
Here's how your internship is structured and how you'll gradually take on more responsibility.

• Who it's for & Duration:
  • Bachelor students or recent graduates (6–12 months)
  • Master students or recent graduates (6–11 months)
• Your goal: Get to know the role, gain hands-on experience, and understand what it's like to work in a startup.
• Your responsibility: Support our day-to-day People & Culture work while gradually taking ownership of your own tasks and small projects.

Here's how you'll make an impact every day.

• Recruiting: You'll create job postings, screen applications, coordinate interviews, conduct your own interviews, and support our recruiting process from start to finish.
• Active Sourcing: You identify and connect with great talent where they are, proactively reach out to them, and get them excited about joining Prematch. With your eye for potential and people, you continuously build and nurture our talent pipeline.
• Candidate Experience: You'll help create an outstanding experience for every candidate throughout the entire hiring process.
• Team Events & Offsites: You'll help plan and organize our team events in Cologne as well as our multi-day company offsites.
• HR Projects: You'll contribute to exciting People & Culture projects and help us continuously improve our processes.
• Employer Branding: You'll support us in making PREMATCH an even more attractive and visible employer.
• HR Operations: You'll support our day-to-day People operations and take on a variety of administrative HR tasks.
